Service and support in any month beyond the 1 Server Administration Support hours on a specific server, or for items outside the above managed services (such as 3rd party software) will be billed at the hourly rate (billed in 30 minute increments).

Server Management TurnKey Internet bundles full server management with our products. TurnKey Internet provides Operating System (O/S) hardening, software updates, security patches and support for your server's standard software such as the web, database and email system. TurnKey's Silver, Gold, and Platinum. service levels provide extraordinary support at an affordable price with technology and infrastructure that you can trust.
Secure Backups The TurnKey Backup service ensures that your data is safeguarded from faulty hard drives and accidental loss by overwriting or deleting. TurnKey will backup your server data to one of our secure remote storage servers on a weekly basis, and archive it in both New York and London for up to 1 month. Our Off-Site backups ensure you will be protected in case of a natural disaster. We require administrative access to the server to setup and install the TurnKey backup software, or you can optionally setup your own backups using the TurnKey disk sync service.
Monitoring The TurnKey Monitoring Service provides you with your own personal 24 x 7 watch dog to track your server's status, and performance. Advanced URL content checking is included, allowing you to ensure your web server is working properly at all times. The TurnKey Monitor service provides you with real time monitoring from London, New York, California and Texas - combined with our advanced statistical analysis tools you can see just how your server performs from other regions of the United States and the world. TurnKey Internet staff monitor your server's status for any signs of trouble such as disk space alarms, cpu overload, and bandwidth alerts so we can spot trouble and react for you before a small problem turns into a full blown outage.
